We are responsible for all the administration with you for your booking from now on and for your holiday at our property even though you have paid through a third party booking site such as Trip Advisor or Owners Direct.

Your damage deposit will be returned at the end of your stay by your initial booking website, or if you booked direct with us, by us.
Laundry and linen costs are included in the property rental.
1. If you have booked through another website, they control your security/damage deposit and will refund your deposit after your stay is completed.
2. If you have booked directly with us you need to know we operate a fully refundable Damage deposit system for all our properties. This is paid at the same time as the final payment for the property rental by BACS. The Damage deposit is rarely called upon as our clients are on the whole very considerate to our properties.
As we live in all our properies ourselves at various times of the year, we generally have a higher standard of furnishings and fittings than you would expect to find in similar other rentals. This is the reason we have a Damage deposit.
Laundry, Linen and Cleaning, House inventory.
We pay the cost for the linen, laundry, house inventory and cleaning of the property on your departure, however we do expect it to be left in the same condition as you found it. Any large amount of extra cleaning by our local staff has to be paid for and we could reluctantly charge you accordingly. We provide bedlinen and house towels for your use. we do not provide swimming, beach or large bath towels.
